I think this quote is an understatement
“People do not do a good job learning from their experience,”
The quote is by Michael Wheeler, a Harvard Business Professor, who has taught negotiation for many years. Wheeler thinks one can learn more by assessing performance just after one has used knowledge. Like just after a negotiation. Wheeler’s answer — a mobile app that allows you to make that assessment.
No question, a mobile app has potential. It is something that you have with you and it is something that can give immediate insights (books and notes are more cumbersome).
So, my question — are mobile apps the future for applied learning? It is an interesting thought.
