Practice Regime: Finding Superfluidity

We all know by now what “being in the zone” means.  It is a great feeling that you are performing beyond the normal range. You feel there are no barriers to being perfect.

But how often do you feel this during any given day? This is something that athletes practice. And some believe that through practice you can go beyond being in the zone. You can achieve “superfluidity”

This starts at the start of the day. A reminder to track your engagement in what you do. What are you connected with at a higher level? Why? How long did it last? By tracking this you will start learning about yourself. And you will start leveling up. .
