Balancing Creativity and Focus

Focus is the ability to say “no”. Or so said Steve Jobs and Peter Drucker and a lot of other really smart folks. But saying “no” automatically is also called tunnel vision. Tunnel vision is good when you are at a critical game point. It aint so good when you need to make strategic choices.  So strategic learning requires a balancing between focus and creativity.
