Leo Babauta: Are You Happy?

`the moment you ask the question, you become unhappy. Or so that is the conventional wisdom. We lose the feeling when we seek to analyze it. But where does happiness come from then? Csikszentmihalyi famously argues that it is in our interpretation of experience. And we can be happy, therefore, when we are alone. So why do anything with others? Perhaps making them happy is fun too.
