Seeing is emotion

Focus is not about seeing things, it is about doing something about it. We see lots of things that we then dismiss as trivial. But how do we decide when something is not trivial?

From the Ten Bulls – “When one thought arises, another thought follows”. In other words thoughts are part of a stream of consciousness. Our decisions about what is trivial and what is not trivial depend on deep, deep feelings.
